Meet Nikki

I recognized my ability as a psychic medium and intuitive healer before the age of 10 but did not embrace it until much later. As soon as I realized that not everyone also had the ability to actively see, hear or feel energies no longer here in the physical, I shut it down. It was just too weird. I ran from it for years.

I was born and raised in the Chicago area, living most of my life there. As a young adult I volunteered often, which led to a career in social work. I went back to school for my MSW and eventual clinical license of LCSW with the goals of doing therapy in private practice as well as working in hospice. Over the course of my career, I’ve worked with people with severe and profound disabilities in both educational and home settings, foster children, a homeless shelter for teens, and in special education. I worked as an outpatient psychotherapist in multiple settings before opening my own practice. I also worked in hospice for 10 years during this time, a job that was very close to my heart and had always been a deeply spiritual calling on my life.

I relocated to NEPA in 2007 and continued working in my field. After unplanned and spontaneous readings for friends, coworkers and strangers, I began doing private readings for people in 2013. These consisted of both in home and individual and group readings as well as renting office space in Mountain Top and Kingston. I never advertised, but word grew. A few months later I put my career as a private practice therapist and hospice worker on hold to formally do mediumship full time, which I have now done for 10 years.

Over these ten years, I have read for almost 8,000 people in both my Mountain Top, PA and Chicago, IL based offices, and have had up to a 3 year waitlist. I’ve garnered over 700 5 star reviews combined on my website and Facebook business page, and over the span of these 10 years have read for people in 29 states and 9 countries. I offer in person as well as phone and Zoom readings, with people regularly traveling to my Mountain Top studio from all over the country. I share clientele with some of the most renowned mediums in the world: George Anderson, widely regarded as the world’s best living medium, Theresa Caputo, John Edward and James Van Praagh.

Although it was never my intention to work formally as a medium or leave my clinical career to do so, it was a natural progression of the unusual skill I was born with. Although I do not do clinical work at this time, I am able to bring the grief counseling aspect to my mediumship in a deeply meaningful way. Almost every session I’ve done has encompassed deep, therapeutic healing between the realms, bringing comfort and solace to both those here in the physical and their loved ones in spirit. Combined with the specific, detailed evidence people in spirit present to prove their continued presence in their loved ones lives, this has provided a healing modality I never could have imagined.

This ability encompasses all the senses: I hear, see, feel and even smell and taste information from spirit while channeling. I am an evidential medium specializing in providing extremely specific and obscure information from your loved ones as they validate their presence. I bring through their mannerisms, sense of humor, way of speaking, conversations had, words spoken and names verbatim.

What makes me a unique practitioner is that I provide deep and much needed grief support, counseling and guidance culled from my years of experience as a therapist and hospice worker. It’s an intensively healing and immersive experience that not only demonstrates without question that your loved ones are present with you and sentient, but also focuses on deep, much needed healing for those in this realm and the next. I am deeply grateful to be able to use my unusual skill set to serve in this way.

So I have seen her now for the second time just very recent and I would do it over and over again as she is so spot on and detailed and informative . The start of the process is amazing to where as you don’t have to give her any information for the process to start and for you to immediately know she’s not a fluke and so accurate in all .
