Payment Policy

Session balance is due at time of booking. Payments are final. You are welcome to transfer your appointment to another person if you’d like. It is your responsibility to notify us of any change or update to your contact information.

For Immediate Need appointments, you may:

Pay in full at time of booking.
Pay half of total amount due day the of receiving appointment offer, with the
remainder due by 14 days prior to appointment.

Rescheduling Policies and Fees

Please notify us as soon as possible (minimum within 24 hours) in the event you need to reschedule your session, as this allows us to fill your spot with someone from the waitlist.

Please be aware that you are allowed one reschedule. After that, a $75 rebooking fee will be required.

On occasion, Nikki has to cancel and reschedule an appointment due to illness,
inclement weather or circumstance. When this happens, there is no penalty to you
whatsoever. She will also do her best to fit you in within 2 weeks as a professional
courtesy.

Changes to Your Appointment

Please note that only the people scheduled for your session are allowed to attend. No one else is allowed to sit in.

If you do want to add additional people to your session, please contact us to do so. We will do our best to accommodate you, but note that last minute guests cannot always be added due to the time constraints in Nikki’s schedule.

Zoom Instructions

Zoom is a video call meeting platform. You don’t need your own Zoom account for the appointment. You will, however, need a computer device with a working internet connection, a video camera, and speakers. We recommend you download the Zoom app to your device for optimal use. We will email the Zoom link for your video call at least two weeks before your scheduled session, when we send your appointment reminder email.

Due to regulatory reasons, Zoom is currently unavailable in the following countries/regions: Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Ukraine (Crimea, Luhansk, Donetsk regions).
