Payment Policy
Session balance is due at time of booking. Payments are final. You are welcome to transfer your appointment to another person if you’d like. It is your responsibility to notify us of any change or update to your contact information.
For Immediate Need appointments, you may:
- Pay in full at time of booking.
- Pay half of total amount due day the of receiving appointment offer, with the
remainder due by 14 days prior to appointment.
Rescheduling Policies and Fees
Please be aware that you are allowed one reschedule. After that, a $75 rebooking fee will be required.
On occasion, Nikki has to cancel and reschedule an appointment due to illness,
inclement weather or circumstance. When this happens, there is no penalty to you
whatsoever. She will also do her best to fit you in within 2 weeks as a professional
courtesy.
Changes to Your Appointment
Please note that only the people scheduled for your session are allowed to attend. No one else is allowed to sit in.
If you do want to add additional people to your session, please contact us to do so. We will do our best to accommodate you, but note that last minute guests cannot always be added due to the time constraints in Nikki’s schedule.
