Please join us for a unique healing workshop to address deep grief and loss. We are both holistic healing practitioners as well as clinicians with backgrounds in traditional western medicine, psychology and bereavement.
Nikki will lead us in a channeled shamanic energy cleanse for each person in the room, followed by a channeled spiritual meditation for strengthening our connection with both higher level healing energy as well as our loved ones who are in spirit. She will then guide in identifying and gently processing any hindering belief, emotion or cognitions that have blocked healing on a soul level.
Rachael will guide us in a multifaceted practice designed to enhance the mind-body connection and mindful awareness. Using gentle movement, guided meditation, sound healing, relaxation and breathing techniques, Rachael will guide us in exploring and processing emotion in a supportive, compassionate environment.
